Malaysian credit counsellor implements Metastorm

Agensi Kaunseling Dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK), a credit counseling and debt management agency set up by the Central Bank of Malaysia, is successfully using the Metastorm BPM software suite through its partner, Datamation, says Sys-con.

AKPK selected Datamation to deploy an enterprise-wide solution to improve the processes that run the daily operations of its counseling and debt management services.

Datamation developed AKPK's Credit Counseling and Debt Management System based on best-of-breed technologies, including Metastorm BPM, to centralise, consolidate and automate all of the company's business processes.
