ManTech's LearnCenter unveiled
Learn.com has announced ManTech International, a provider of technology and solutions for mission-critical national security programme for the US government, has deployed the LearnCenter platform, a workforce productivity suite, to power career development and career growth for a government client.
"We helped select the LearnCenter platform for our client to create a standardised education process for new hires and current employees," said Jennifer Elkhouri, senior software engineer and deputy programme manager, ManTech International. "We needed a solution that could grow with our client, while keeping their entire workforce up-to-date on their systems and business processes in real-time and on-demand. The system minimises the necessity of costly, time consuming, and inefficient in-person training.
"The system will be used internally as a course management tool for tracking the progress of employee's participation in online training courses and our client will be using the reporting features to track employee progress and participation," added Elkhouri. "In-person training is costly and inefficient. E-learning is the most efficient way to disseminate this type of information to a wide audience."
