Maximizer announces a new and improved Technical Support Service

Maximizer SA has announced its new and improved Technical Support , designed to improve every experience customers have with the company, as well as improve the technical level of support many customers need in the fast-paced business world of the 21st century.

"Perry Norgarb, Maximizer SA`s MD, says: "In response to requests from our customers, Maximizer has made substantial changes to the way we deliver support to our users. We have increased the number of support staff and upgraded their level of knowledge, and we have implemented the world`s largest 3rd party Maximizer knowledge base on our website.

"Customers wanting support would be well advised to first stop at the free 24 hour online knowledge-base where they will be able to find the answers to the majority of their questions immediately. This will save customers time and ensure they are running their Maximizer at full productivity at all times."

Customers that can not find resolution online and need to speak to an helpdesk agent will be able to call the helpdesk and have a support team member assigned to their issue. This agent will stick with it until it is resolved. Fees will still be waived for first time callers and for 30 days thereafter for all but the Enterprise and Entice! products.

"These changes in our support structure have become necessary because the increasing complexity of PC applications requires that Maximizer delivers an improved level of service; and our increasing number of customers have necessitated a major upgrade to our support centre," adds Norgarb. "It also brings Maximizer`s rates more in line with other software vendors, including our principals, who have implemented support agreements like this in the past.

"The project is part of our efforts to maintain our lead in the South African contact manager/ relationship management market. Multiactive`s Entice! was recognised as the best application in its market at this years` Comdex, and ecBuilder won the coveted Software Industry Association Codie Award. Maximizer SA is determined to provide a realistic service to our clients to support these leading products," concludes Norgarb.
