Maximizer Enterprise 8.0 is enjoying wide success in the South African market, according to Mark Annett, national Maximizer product manager at Camsoft Solutions.
"We are currently upgrading a large number of existing Maximizer users to the latest version of Maximizer Enterprise, which is proving to be unrivalled in the marketplace in terms of features and benefits versus total cost of ownership. Teamed with the popular Product Upgrade Agreement, customers can ensure that they receive updates and new releases when they become available, for an annual fee.
"There is a growing trend within many organisations to have software upgrade policies in place, to ensure they are always running current product," said Annett.
Camsoft also offers software installation, configuration and customisation, consulting and training services, which have proved popular with customers who are able to benefit from the company`s wide experience gained through 10 years of active involvement in the CRM business.
