Maximizer Software, a leading provider of proven and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management solutions, is announcing the release of Maximizer Enterprise 9, the latest release of its CRM and eCRM solutions.
This new version incorporates business intelligence and process management improvements for managers, productivity enhancements for sales, marketing, customer service and support staff, plus administration and security enhancements.
Maximizer Software has a long-standing reputation for providing software that enables sales professionals to manage the demands of dealing with multiple sales propositions at various different stages of the process simultaneously.
The combination of easy to implement processes, accurate reporting and support for the demands of a remote workforce has made Maximizer Enterprise an invaluable member of sales teams across the world.
The Maximizer Enterprise versions of the software have taken the problem solving aspects of the solution several steps further by providing a complete suite of software offering seamless integration between sales, marketing and customer service departments.
The easy view screens and automated alerts accelerate everyone`s ability to respond to a pending issue or opportunity situation, poor or inaccurate communication becomes a thing of the past, and the customer receives consistent messages and standard of service.
"We`re very proud to be releasing version 9 of our product. It demonstrates our longevity in the marketplace and our unrivalled knowledge of both the CRM industry and the changing needs of SME users. With each release of Maximizer, our development team has proved our ongoing ability to listen to the user base, by delivering exactly what it has been asking for, yet still within the right price range," says Marcus Potts, managing director, Maximizer Software EMEA.
Maximizer Enterprise 9 is packed full of facilities that enable further exploitation of Maximizer`s many strengths; marketing can now automate and track a variety of campaigns while complying with privacy and e-communication legislation. Furthermore, campaigns will automatically display actual and forecast ROI, dynamically updated by changing sales situations. Customer services can respond to complex enquiries more rapidly by providing Web-based self-service tools which will satisfy the majority of incoming requests and sales teams benefit from the addition of dashboard graphics.
IT departments will also appreciate Maximizer Enterprise 9 - it is fully integrated with the Microsoft suite of software, including Outlook, and support for browser interfaces and mobile devices mean that Maximizer minimises the changes that have to be made to an IT infrastructure in order to accommodate the implementation.
"Maximizer is a logical choice for the SME sector," says Nick Hewson of Hewson Group. "Maximizer Software has been in the marketplace for over a decade and has continued to respond to the changing demands of organisations through each of its releases. The software is affordable and proven, and supports a rapid install and implementation approach. However, the true power of the product is unleashed by corporate adoption and a customised approach - the wealth of management information contained within the system combined with the sophisticated reporting tools means that key strategic and tactical decisions can be made with a high degree of confidence, and without having to extrapolate and reconcile data from a number of separate sources."
Maximizer Enterprise 9 will commence shipping in November 2005.
