Network Support Services (NSS) has installed NetIQ`s AppManager for Media24 as the first step in its server management strategy.
AppManager assures the performance and availability of IT systems and services through proactive monitoring and quick diagnostics and recovery, said Riaan Jordaan, Senior Support Manager at Media24.

NSS business development executive Werner Liebenberg said AppManager provides deep application-specific knowledge and service level reporting, enabling the management of business-critical applications including Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Apache, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle RDBMS and SAP R/3, among others.
AppManager, he said, has a robust architecture capable of scaling to many thousands of servers and superior ease of use and deployment, AppManager can quickly address the demands of even the most dynamic IT environments.
