Siemens Enterprise Communications recently hosted a series of national customer events called “Open Minds”, which took place from 22 until 24 July 2009 in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town respectively. These events provided Siemens Enterprise Communications with the perfect platform to highlight the key value propositions that our software and services provide, enabling organisations to meet their business challenges in today's economic climate, and be well positioned to take advantage of future growth.
“Our customer promise, OpenPath, and our Open Standards approach enables our customers to easily migrate and realise the benefits of Unified Communications regardless of their current environments. In addition, our innovative OpenScale services provide compelling commercial packages that give customers the confidence that their investment is protected,” says Raymond Padayachee, Chief Executive Officer, Siemens Enterprise Communications.
Siemens communication solutions do not only increase the efficiency of business in enterprises, but they also enable a higher level of satisfaction for employees and environmental performance by reducing the consumption of energy resources and reducing harmful emissions into the environment.
The event will bring together leading experts from various industries, including Greg Volkwyn, Financial Markets Commentator and presenter of Highveld Stereo's “Money Minute”; Steve Blood, Vice-President, Gartner Research and local customers: Thabo Ndlela, Africa Sector CIO, Absa; Abdullah Shariff, Infrastructure Services Manager, University of KwaZulu-Natal and Lynne Croeser, Telecommunications Manager, Provincial Government of the Western Cape.
