Mer Telemanagement, Systeam Italy merge

Mer Telemanagement Solutions (MTS) and Systeam Italy are joining forces to offer service providers and operators a complete suite of integrated e-billing solutions, the company announced.

Through the partnership, both companies will offer clients a retail billing capability and data traffic management providing customers with a suite of products, including a Web-based, self-care portal.

Dr Marco Braccioli, VP of sales and marketing for Systeam, commented, "This can be integrated with our already installed interconnect solution. This combined product offering gives us a single turnkey solution from one vendor that performs all the functions that a service provider might need, currently and in the future."

Payment-side solution providers Vengroff, Williams and Associates and Avolent are partnering to introduce a new business process outsourcing (BPO) offering to provide companies with a self -service electronic invoice presentation and payment (EIPP) solution, reports sdcexec.com.

The new service, named Conveyance EIPP, will be based on Avolent`s software and Vengroff`s management services providing customers with e-billing, dispute management and e-payment within a small application footprint.

Conveyance EIPP is aimed at delivering reduced administrative costs, accelerated cash flow and improved compliance as the product automates costly, manual tasks with a self-service online application to streamline processes such as invoicing, billing and reconciliation.
