Method123 releases PM toolset

Method123 has released a toolset for reviewing projects, according to PR Canada.

The toolset allows project managers and independent parties to review the status of their projects, during each phase in the project management life cycle.

Using a suite of project management templates, checklists and reports, the reviewer can quickly and easily review a project from end to end.

ThoughtWorks unveils Mingle 2.2

ThoughtWorks has unveiled Mingle 2.2, an upgrade to its project management tool, according to 1888 Press Release.

Mingle 2.2 offers the ability to create custom macros, enhanced user management features and infrastructural compatibility.

This release expands the flexibility of Mingle, increases performance and provides more control over user management.

Group adopts DataDrill

DataDrill, a software application for quantitative project management, is being adopted by a modelling and simulation laboratory group, to optimise measurement and management reporting, states Newswire Today.

The facility supports more than 50 short-cycle projects at any one time and needs to be able to easily and quickly update various management teams regarding each project's status.

Distributive Management's DataDrill metrics is being used to measure and track work product status, and managers to potential performance concerns, as well as provide the means to demonstrate CMMI .
