Metrofile appoints non-exec director

JSE-listed Metrofile Holdings has appointed a non-executive director.

Yesterday, the company told the market it had appointed Mary Sina Bomela to its board, with effect from 8 September.

Bomela is a qualified chartered accountant and is currently an executive director of the Mineworkers Investment Company.

She has previously held the positions of CFO at Makhubu Logistics and executive of corporate services, at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Metrofile is an information and records management company and was founded in 1983.
