Mindjet, the leading provider of software and Web-based applications for visually organising and managing information and ideas, has today announced the launch of its Customer VIP Club.
A new offering to its five-plus licensed users, the Customer VIP Club will be available to join from 7 June 2011, and provides a platform for customers to share best practices and discuss business issues with other members. Members will receive benefits, including monthly best-practice Webinars, an exclusive online business forum, regional congress events, business bulletins and a Privilege Pass, giving them first access to the latest product and business-related information concerning Mindjet's business solutions.
The Customer VIP Club is launched in response to significant customer demand for a platform to share information and network with others of a similar standing. Last year, Mindjet saw a 42% increase in paid users in the UK; this initiative will provide customer input and feedback that will allow the company to continue aligning its products with changing and often unique needs of its customers.
At a time when making informed business decisions frequently means efficiently handling a considerable amount information from a number of sources, visualisation software such as Mindjet's MindManager can offer a valuable and simple solution.
The club is free of charge to all organisations that have a licence agreement with Mindjet, and will support and enhance the recent launch of the Customer Success Program in the region.
