Mindlance opens CLM practice

Mindlance, a global provider of business and technology consulting services, has formed a contract life cycle management practice to assist businesses in optimising their contract life cycle, says PR-USA.net.

Mindlance aims to enable organisations to reduce and costs by improving contractual .

"Historically, companies implementing contract management (CM) solutions have experienced difficulties due to a lack of planning and overall vision for their contracting process," says Jeff Tanner, Mindlance CM practice director. "We focus on working with our customers to establish a well-defined CM strategy that allows customers to optimise business processes.”

US government signs up Amtel

Telecommunications and wireless expense management company Amtel has been awarded a US General Services Administration (GSA) contract to sell telecommunications expense management services to government agencies, reports TMCnet.

The GSA IT Schedule 70 contract allows federal, state and local agencies to purchase Amtel's telecom and mobile expense management solutions and services.

Amtel's telecom information management system solutions target organisations in CM, telecom financial management, auditing, infrastructure analysis, accounting and technology assessment.

Aim-To boosts CM

Aim-To, a provider of expense management solutions for financial services firms, has unveiled a CM platform for its HedgeSpend product, states Finextra.

HedgeSpend's contract manager allows clients to upload contracts and vendor information onto a Web site which consolidates information and automatically notifies users of key contract dates, prices and terms in order to save time and reduce costs.

John Vaughan, president of Aim-To says: “Financial companies often struggle to locate and manage their existing contracts. By using HedgeSpend our clients access contract management solutions that provide visibility into contracts and expenses."
