Minolta South Africa has introduced RightFax`s new version 8.5, a leading e-document delivery solution, to its existing RightFax server range.
RightFax 8.5 brings enhanced enterprise fax and universal information exchange capabilities, which integrate with enterprise business applications, to the business arena.
Minolta fax division product manager, Charl Vogel, says more and more organisations are demanding a single solution that integrates with diverse business applications and processes information streams.
"RightFax 8.5 is capable of rendering data from legacy systems, customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications into actual forms that can be processed and distributed to multiple communication channels," he says.
Retrieved information is saved into documents that can be delivered via e-mail, fax or the Internet to wireless devices, the desktop of multifunctional copiers and printers.
RightFax 8.5 is also suited to organisations that require scalable packages that cater for low- to high-volume transactions, as it has the ability to manage a range of transactions to automate repetitive tasks for the purpose of accelerating process cycle times.
Vogel says RightFax 8.5 will meet market demands to advance customer communications by accelerating business process cycle times.
