Minolta-QMS, Inc. announced the unveiling of "The essentials of imaging" brand image campaign, the first fully-developed global marketing effort for the company since Minolta and QMS joined forces last year. The "essentials" theme provides MINOLTA-QMS offices worldwide with one unified corporate message to communicate the new spirit and combined know-how that is MINOLTA-QMS.
The new campaign promotes the idea that MINOLTA-QMS products are as essential to business as food, water, air, and sunlight are to life itself. The campaign speaks to customers on the most basic level through use of simple, life-affirming symbols like the sun, water, air, and a sheaf of wheat. These images suggest growth and prosperity, bright business prospects, and business success, as well as represent fulfilment of the most basic human needs. They also reinforce the underlying message that MINOLTA-QMS is essential for any imaging solution. The "essentials" campaign will initially feature the company`s newest colour laser printer, the magicolor 2200 -- a printer that incorporates next generation colour laser technology, and replaces the extremely successful magicolor 2 series.
