JSE-listed MiX Telematics announced yesterday that Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr chairman Chris Ewing would join the company as an independent non-executive director.
With more than 30 years of experience in advising companies, both listed and unlisted, Ewing specialises in mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring and corporate finance, and is an expert in corporate governance.
Ewing replaces Afzal Patel, who relinquished his position as of 10 January.
