Public Invest Corporation (PIC) CEO Brian Molefe has been removed from Telkom's board of directors with immediate effect.
Telkom yesterday issued a notice to shareholders saying the move was initiated by PIC. Molefe was appointed to Telkom's board at the end of January, replacing Tshepo Mahloele.
Molefe is to be replaced by Athol Rhoda, a member of the PIC's board of directors.
