It's about style, being connected and being ahead of the pack. The hoarding has been removed and now MTN unveils a brand new store. At a total of 175.5 square metres, MTN's new store, located at the Irene Mall, Irene, is a jewel in the MTN crown.
Say Pieter Verkade, Chief Marketing Officer at MTN: “We are excited to open our newest store. In our endeavours to become more attuned to our customers' needs, we're working hard to transform the cellphone service and buying experience at retail level by improving MTN's innovation and value proposition, so that it's clear, simple and straightforward for our customers everywhere."
The Irene store is one of the first MTN stores to incorporate a new interactive retail design, inviting consumers to experience mobile voice, data, music and video in a full-service environment.
The store also features over 133 square metres of retail, technical support and customer service space, along with interactive product and service demos available throughout the store. Gadget junkies will be spoilt for choice with the array of handsets on offer.
Integrated systems and operational enhancements, designed to streamline the sales and service process and increase customer satisfaction, have also been installed.

MTN endeavours to keep up with the ever-changing needs of our customers - we have taken cognisance of their requirements. We believe that the new stores bring a new dimension to the MTN customer experience.”
The new stores form part of MTN's strategy to grow their branded footprint and provide customers with a seamless, consistent level of service.
