Napster founders intro video-chat start-up

Parker already has a number of social media and other Internet projects under his belt (Napster and Facebook among them), and he's been working on a new endeavour.

Yuri Milner and Michael Arrington are among the investors. The buzz in the tech world is that Airtime will launch soon.

According to Tech Crunch, the site's privacy policy also gives some description of how identity sharing could work on the site: “[The] user's name is not shared when they are paired with a stranger. However, Airtime and Facebook friends will be able to directly call you and see when you are online.

“Our small team shares a passion for using the latest video technology to bring people together,” the company writes.
