Cellular service provider Nashua Mobile has formed a new retail partnership with the "as seen on TV" product supplier Glomail.
The partnership is in line with its strategy to increase its retail footprint and extend the reach of its products and comes just months after recently-appointed CEO Mark Taylor said he would restructure the company "from top to bottom".
Nashua Mobile says in a statement that its products are now available in more than 50 Glomail stores as of 8 December. "Glomail customers will be able to sign up for great Samsung deals available on all major networks through Nashua Mobile, just in time for the festive cheer."
The service provider, which has also indicated it will enter a retail agreement with Look & Listen that will see the retailer sell its products and services, says there will be a range of other specials on offer exclusively through Glomail stores.
Chief consumer officer Krisen Govender says the deal makes Nashua mobile's products available at "even more retail locations". "Glomail is a great partner for us as we expand our distribution footprint."
Nashua Mobile, a subsidiary of JSE-listed Reunert, has a range of offerings from broadband, Internet service provision and mobile data as well as messaging and cellular voice solutions. It partners with cellular companies such as Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and 8ta.
