NetIQ releases module

NetIQ announces the availability of a VOIP life cycle management module for Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, says Network World.

The NetIQ application manager for Microsoft Office Communications Server is designed to better manage server performance, determine performance thresholds, demonstrate service delivery, and track application performance with session activity and failure metrics for aggregated reporting.

NetIQ provides management tools for a variety of multiple vendors' platforms, including those supporting Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.

Agito premieres at expo

Agito Networks, a company delivering new technology in enterprise , will unveil and demonstrate the next-generation version of its RoamAnywhere Mobility Router at the Mobile Business Expo 2008, in New York, reports Market Watch.

Agito's enterprise mobility release includes secure remote voice over WLAN, dual persona for converged enterprise and personal functionality on a single device, advances in Dynamic Least Cost Routing for cellular cost savings, and PBX and Nokia/Windows Mobile handset support.

Agito Networks fuses , cellular, IP telephony, and location information, improving the accessibility and responsiveness of mobile workers, while reducing mobile costs.

Trinity unveils Gloop

Trinity Convergence, a developer of communications and multimedia device software, has released Gloop, the world's first true peer-to-peer photo sharing software technology for digital photo frames and digital displays, says The Earth Times.

Gloop software enables digital photo frames to connect, transfer photos and securely communicate directly with other Gloop-enabled devices - anywhere in the world.

Gloop device software provides the digital photo sharing and connectivity features that allow photo frames to connect to each other; it also enables a PC-based photo manager for connecting to remote digital photo frames.
