Business process management (BPM) and workflow solutions provider FlowCentric Solutions has launched the FlowCentric v3.Net version of its BPM suite.
Speaking at the launch, MD Pieter van Schalkwyk said the new product offers a set of new features and is now entirely built on the .Net platform.
This allows complete integration into the Microsoft product suite, such as Microsoft CRM, Great Plains and Microsoft Office System, including Sharepoint, InfoPath and Outlook, he said.
Van Schalkwyk added that the solution was also designed to integrate with non-Microsoft applications.
Some of the new features include a single, Web-based point of entry, standard menu options and a customisable front-end.
"For us, the fundamental point of distinction is truly understanding our customers` processes and mapping these effectively using their people and systems. The new version of our product facilitates this mapping process and thus drives truly effective process management."
He also announced that FlowCentric Solutions has achieved Microsoft gold status.
