Gestetner`s latest network laser printer, the Aficio P7027, is ideal for any demanding workgroup and delivers 27 page per minute print speed with a 167 MHz RISC processor that minimises waiting time.
It has high capacity paper storage, duplex printing sorting and stapling options and includes dedicated mailboxes.
"Designed with user productivity in mind, the unit`s send-once/RIP-once operation makes multiple original printing a reality," explained Gestetner technical service manager Abdul Arend.
"The 500, 1000 or 2000-sheet paper bank options as an add-on to the standard 1000-sheet capacity gives the ability to run large print jobs," he added.
The duplex option offers fast double-sided printing, which maximises efficiency and minimises paper usage. For complete control of output, the finisher collates and staples up to 1000 sheets and the mailbox provides four dedicated output bins.
The P7027 has A3-printing capability, offers 600 x 600-dpi resolution plus duplexing and finishing options.
The unit is delivered network-ready thanks to its standard Ethernet interface, and comes complete with the Aficio Manager suite of network management applications for trouble-free installation, monitoring and management.
"In addition, PCL5e, PCL6 and Adobe PostSript 3 support are all standard on the P7027. With the optional hard disk drive, innovative features like proof printing and collation are also available from your desktop," Arend said.
