A number of Web sites aimed at "harnessing and stimulating the training of Africa`s human resource potential" have been launched.
The sites, which focus primarily on training and recruitment, are the products of the collaborative effort of Africans located on the continent and in the UK, Germany, the US, Singapore and Malaysia.
The goal, according to the site creators, UK-based AfricaServe, is to manage Africa-relevant information in liaison with organisations and African countries.
The sites, which are in various stages of development, cater for English, French, Arabic and Portuguese speakers.
