Rectron has introduced the latest addition to Toshiba`s Satellite range, the A30 notebook to South African consumers.
The new Satellite A30 is WiFi ready and includes DVD writing capabilities - all at cost-effective pricing.
Andr'e Rossouw, Toshiba product manager at Rectron, comments that the A30 notebook is perfectly suited for consumers - including students and families - that are looking for value for money.
"A30`s WiFi - either 802.11b or 802.11/ab - capability offers users wireless connectivity in the office, at home or at one of the many emerging 'hotspots` such as Johannesburg International," he says.
The A30 features a new-look blue chassis, which is not only attractive but retains value, therefore future-proofing investment.
"Notebooks design has moved on from just a list of specifications. Today, users are spending more time with their notebook and want an aesthetically pleasing design, a pleasant feel as well as power," says Rossouw.
The Satellite A30 also features faster CPUs (Intel Mobile Pentium 4 processor-M or Intel Celeron mobile power) and larger hard disks (up to 60GB).
