Technology solutions and people resources integrator, Intuate Group, has been appointed as Noble Systems' sole distributor of Noble call centre products in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region.
Mark Edwards, director of products and services at Intuate, says the Noble product is a complete integrated solution for call centres that can assist them to better manage their environments and address the growing need for more integrated unified communications.
"Noble's integrated contact centre and voice recording system is easy to use, cost-effective and scalable, so that it can grow with an organisation. It is also geared for remote call handling," says Edwards.
According to Colin Chave, GM of Noble Systems EMEA, the company views SA as an important growth opportunity. “We now found a partner that understand the benefits and return on investment of the Noble solution set in order to provide the end-user with optimum value and performance.”
Edwards says Intuate will market and sell Noble products as well as provide first and second level support for clients across SADC. “We are already serving customers locally as well as in Botswana and Mauritius.
“Noble was previously represented locally by Amcat, but the office closed down a while back. Now Noble will have full support in the SADC again through our exclusive agreement,” says Edwards.
He adds that Noble's unified contact centre offering includes predictive dialling, inbound contact management and ACD, IP-PBX, self-service IVR software, CTI for intelligent screen pops, digital call recording, workforce management and reporting, as well as VOIP support, with no standalone options.
