Novell and Computer Associates International have announced the integration of Novell ZENworks, Novell`s industry-leading policy-enabled network management software, into Unicenter, CA`s industry-leading enterprise management solution.
The integrated solution will offer customers a unified management console from which they can optimise the management of their heterogeneous networks while securely maintaining the high availability and performance required by their e-commerce applications and systems.
"This is the first point of integration between ZENworks and Unicenter, and it will accelerate and simplify the management of heterogeneous networks," said Novell sales director James Thomas.

Unicenter, the Intelligent E-business Management Solution, is a component of the "Super-structure" required for successful e-business implementations.
