Malmoe buys Aditro HR system

After a long and tough purchase process, the City of Malmoe, Sweden's third largest city, decided to buy their new system for HR and payroll from Aditro, states Ad Hoc News.

The new system is based on Aditro HRM Suite for Public Sector which covers, among other things, time and attendance, staffing, schedule management, training, payroll, substitute management, travel expense reports and more. The project is already under way and production start will take place gradually during 2010.

Aditro HRM Suite for Public Sector is the most widespread solution in municipalities and county councils in Sweden. Malmoe expects to reduce system costs with the new solution systems since it is a standard system used by many other local governments.

ABM University, Kronos partner

ABM University NHS Trust in Wales has appointed Kronos to manage employee rostering and time and attendance across three main hospital sites, according to Employee Benefits.

The system will cover clinical, administrative and nursing staff. The staff rostering system, to be used by nearly 5 000 employees, will enable the NHS Trust to improve the utilisation of clinical staff in order to maintain a good quality of patient care.

Meanwhile, the time and attendance solution, to be used by more than 9 000 employees, will provide real-time visibility into staff working hours, reduce payroll administration, improve payroll accuracy. In addition, the system will integrate with the NHS HR and payroll system and monitor staff absence.
