The market is sized both in terms of agent positions and technology spending, and the data is segmented by vertical market, in-house/outsourced, size-band, type of technology, IP/TDM, and hosted/CPE.
All market forecasts are from 2005 to 2010 inclusive and all agent position and technology spending data is segmented by size-band and vertical market.
Noble receives award
Noble Systems/Amcat, a vendor of contact centre technology, has received a "Product of the Year Award" from Technology Marketing Corporation's Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine for its Interactions product, says TMCnet.
Interactions provides flexibility, scalability and management control for contact centres, via a suite designed on an IP protocol with voice and data communications.
It uses a modular open architecture to allow contact centres to deploy a communications platform, with such functions as ACD, IVR, inbound call handling and predictive dialling without the need for a physical hardware connection.
