Oracle unveils digital content platform

Lifestyle, a unified content management platform for communications service providers (CSPs), CBR Online reports.

The digital content platform enables CSPs to streamline content publishing processes and easily submit and track content, Market Watch states.

Oracle claims it also aims to help CSPs deploy cross-platform mobile device and Web storefronts. Industry analysts estimate the value of the mobile applications market will range from $32 billion to $58 billion by 2014.

According to CMS Wire, Oracle's Connected Digital Lifestyle platform helps CSPs create online content stores to boost conversion rates and revenue.

In addition, the platform provides location and subscriber profile targeting to increase advertising effectiveness and drive revenue-generating opportunities, such as retailer geo-fencing.
