IT solutions and resourcing company Paracon Holdings has restructured its business solutions division, consolidating its various offerings into two subdivisions.
The announcement follows last week`s renaming of the founding division, Paracon IT Services, to Paracon Resourcing.
The group has now combined Paracon Project Management & Consulting, Independent Testing Services and Specialised Technical Consulting Services to form Paracon Professional Services.
The division is to be headed by Robbyn Wilkinson as MD, with operations in Gauteng and Cape Town.
"Our primary focus will be the provision of services and solutions within our areas of expertise, including all aspects of project and programme management, business analysis and process engineering, as well as the full spectrum of testing solutions," says Wilkinson.
Software Development, Outsource, Products and Back Office Systems have been renamed Paracon Solutions and will be headed by Siva Pillay as MD.
"Our objective is to become the dominant provider of integrated software solutions and technical support, spanning the entire lifecycle, from strategy to system development and outsourcing, through our core competence of developing and maintaining client relationships," he says.
