Patersons, Cognos team up

Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions, delivering solutions to clients in more than 160 countries, announced its expanded relationship with IBM Cognos, reports Market Watch.

The integration with Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions brings HR and payroll data to the desktop, enabling HR professionals to conduct "what if" scenarios and make fact-based decisions using both HR and payroll data.

The latest version of IBM Cognos, known as IBM Cognos Eight, is now accessible to Patersons' clients through the Patersons' secure on-demand solution known as Logon Two.

Ultimate Software, a provider of talent management solutions, has announced that Integra Bank has selected core UltiPro to manage HR and payroll, says Trading Markets.

With a service bureau for payroll and separate solutions for HR and performance management, Integra Bank needed one unified solution for control and efficiencies of its human capital management processes.

To meet these requirements, the bank has selected Ultimate Software's UltiPro, with Web-based feature sets and scalability for future growth.

MediSolution announced the signing of a partnership agreement with GFI Business Solutions to deliver a human capital management solution to the healthcare and service sector market, states RTT News.

Based on an existing partnership agreement between the two companies, the new agreement would combine GFI Business Solutions' Magistra HR solution with MediSolution's Virtuo Payroll solution for the healthcare and service sectors.

MediSolution says both the companies will closely collaborate on a joint development plan.
