Patersons updates online community

Patersons HR and payroll has released the latest updates to its recently introduced online community that is intended to serve customers, partners and prospects, states Talent Management.

The newest version of this portal includes a press room and events schedule, as well as expanded functionality for clients, partners and prospects.

Now included on the community Web site is a meeting room that features regularly scheduled Webinars on a variety of global HR and payroll topics.

Britannia Building Society is aiming to improve customer service and reduce its impact on the environment by upgrading its HR systems, says IT Week.

The self-service system, provided by the company's existing HR and payroll supplier SAP, will reduce paper-based processes and provide staff with better information.

Attracting and keeping the right staff is integral to Britannia's agenda and these systems will smooth their workload, said Helen Bates, strategy manager at Britannia.
