Phonatics, an established provider of communication solutions, has announced the launch of a new converged communication solution aimed at streamlining business communication with built-in cost saving.
The new service, sourced from a local provider, promises to provide both smaller businesses and corporates with increased business efficiency, decreased communication costs and improved collaboration between staff members. This solution is essentially a converged communication add-in that users can access from their Outlook mailboxes, integrating their e-mail, SMS, fax and telephony (VOIP) services.

Snyman added: "This is a unique option as it has the ability to integrate all channels of communication into a single, familiar (Microsoft Outlook) user interface without changing existing end-user behaviour. Regardless of the channel of communication, the users will send and receive messages through their Outlook mailbox."
Advanced features of the service include call forwarding, call recordings, voicemail, as well as real-time billing information.

The service is available on a monthly subscription, with no upfront capital outlay.
