Woolworths Financial Services has signed a contract with PIC Solutions covering the first three phases of the upgrade of its VisionPLUS system.
PIC Solutions will assist this leading financial services organisation with its planned upgrade from release 2.5 to release 8.12 of VisionPLUS, the world`s leading account processing system. This upgrade will be the first of its kind in SA.
Mike Crawley, Director of Software Services at PIC Solutions, states: "We are delighted to be assisting Woolworths Financial Services with this groundbreaking systems upgrade. PIC software services personnel will provide assistance with the fist three major phases of this project. These include high level and detailed GAP analyses as well as the complex task of ensuring that the VisionPLUS release 8.12 base software is installed according to plan.
"This systems upgrade is a highly-complex 12-man-year project and our personnel will draw on our extensive experience of working on VisionPLUS conversions with a wide range of international credit-granting organisations. Our recent experience with implementing VisionPLUS release 8.12 for ACET Processing will also be of significant assistance."
