After a successful five-year association, Pinnacle Micro, the broad-based ICT distributor, and Sony Storage, terminated their relationship as at 1 September 2008.
"Needless to say, we have great respect for the company's brand and its products," said Shane Hutchinson, Product Manager of Pinnacle Micro Storage.
"While we enjoyed a healthy and productive working relationship, it was felt that the two companies have differing opinions on which direction to take in the future. It was for this reason that we decided to part company.
"I'd like to add that the decision to terminate our relationship was a mutual one and conducted in a cordial and amicable manner," added Hutchinson. "I would like to take this opportunity to wish Sony Storage and their distributors all the best for the future."
