Barnes says market leaders are in a constant battle for the top spot as users' expectations rise. Barnes rates the tool-less chassis and HP SkyRoom, enabling up to four team members to work virtually side-by-side via videoconferencing, as some of the most exciting inclusions. The HP Z800 is the ideal solution for compute intensive environments requiring high-levels of memory, storage and I/O expandability with the latest Intel dual- and quad-core Xeon processors, support for Dual 2nd Generation PCI Express x 16 and expandable I/O implementation.

HP has recognised the increased concern for minimising carbon footprints and has committed to reducing the environmental impact of computing. Barnes says HP Workstations provide an energy-efficient, conveniently recyclable and environmentally responsible solution.

“Manufacturers are under pressure to deliver new and innovative products that enable users to spend more time working, processing and designing, and less time troubleshooting. Workstations are one way in which they believe this can be achieved,” concludes Barnes.
