Six days after joining the Planit Technology board as non-executive director, Index Capital Partners director Anthony Bock has resigned from both companies.
This follows the resignation of Dale Packham as CEO of Planit on 3 April, leaving Tony Crosby as non-executive chairman, Malcolm Moodie as joint-CEO and financial director, and Frik Basson as executive director.
When announcing his own resignation, Packham said the company had passed through the worst with most divisions trading profitably, but the company could not afford unwieldy head office costs.
Index Capital Partners is the company responsible for the management and recapitalisation of Planit, which is now trading at 3c.
