Plantronics recently announced the free UC toolkit, which will help customers and partners conduct the smoothest UC audio device adoption possible - a portfolio of IT best practices, guidelines, recommendations and tools, based on the collective wisdom of customers' experiences and lessons learned.
The resources, which are made available to the customer and partner within the UC toolkit, are FAQs, Guidelines for Success, Checklists, Surveys, Wireless Voice in the Office Environment White Paper, Wireless Voice Office Assessment Tool, Quick Setup Guides and Interactive Setup Guides.
The toolkit is available for Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Avaya and other UC platforms. It's an online library of UC audio device rollout resources, built from real customer experiences and best lessons learned, providing helpful resources for each phase within a deployment.
