Cartoon Network Games, in partnership with Pixel Press, yesterday released Adventure Time Game Wizard, a mobile game allowing players to create their own levels.
In Adventure Time Game Wizard, heroes Finn and Jake face "an all-new villain: Doodle Wizard!" says Cartoon Network. Players can "use the Doodle Wizard's secret glyph language to design custom video games," without knowing a line of code.
Players have the option of creating levels within the app, or by drawing levels onto sheets of graph paper and "scanning" them using their device's camera.
Players can share the levels they create with other players in the game's Arcade, and follow their favourite creators.
The game is an expansion of Pixel Press Floors, a free iOS game allowing users to craft their own game, and is also forerun by the customisable PlayStation game LittleBigPlanet.
Adventure Time Game Wizard is available on the App Store, Google Play and Amazon for R58.12, with no in-app purchases. The game is not available on BlackBerry.
The game is complete with Adventure Time characters' signature voices, with "Weird Al" Yankovic making a guest appearance as the Doodle Wizard.
