ProScan Media Products (PMP), a leading provider of labelling, coding and marking solutions, recently extended the UBS range by introducing a high resolution inkjet printing system, the APLINK UV Series, designed to print GS1 compliant text images and high quality bar codes on any type of secondary packaging, including corrugated carton boxes, glossy boxes, as well as plastic.
The APLINK UV series is adaptable and easily integrates into current systems, increasing production due to its capability to print a maximum height of 70mm with a 360 dpi resolution in both directions, at a speed of up to 30 metres per minute.
Other features include a powerful interface touch screen display, which allows for an intuitive and graphic environment, enabling a full preview of stored messages and formats while the equipment keeps running.
Aligned with the durable and versatile characteristics of the UBS range, the APLINK UV series allows for fixed or variable text and data, and provides a clean solution by utilising an instant ink curing process.
