With the easy-WARE Point-Of-Sale software being bar code integrated, it speeds up the customer transactions and cashier efficiency. The easy-WARE Point-Of-Sale software has secure logins and verifications for each cashier which is controlled by user names and passwords. Software features for the cashiers and sales persons are as follows: Processing of cash sales for either retail or wholesale transactions, cash refunds, cash-ups, invoicing system with customer tracking, laybuy transactions, open tab invoices, customer quotations, job card and repair system with customer tracking and customer rental system. With cash sales optional payment methods of cash, credit card, debit card, Internet transfers, vouchers and multiple payment methods are accepted. A4 and receipt printer compatibility.

* Suppliers` invoices for goods receiving/returns and supplier purchase orders:
With integrated purchase orders and average costing updates, a suppliers purchase order can be generated for the ordering and monitoring of stock purchases from your suppliers. The easy-WARE Point-Of-Sale software has automated reminders of outstanding stock on order. For the receiving and returning of goods to or from your suppliers, generated purchase orders are integrated into the goods receiving and allow secure control of stock entries from your suppliers. easy-WARE caters for detailed daily/periodic reports for supplier purchases, goods receiving and supplier returns.
* Stock management
A powerful stock control system, with retail and wholesale stock control, bar codes or product codes can be entered as alpha or numeric fields and up to three bar codes are accepted. Product descriptions allow for two description fields. With the easy-WARE department and sub-department stock control system, stock movement can be tracked by departments and sub-departments for goods received, returned, sold and refunded. The linking of suppliers to stock items with average costings allows for the tracking of stock linked to the relevant suppliers. By inputing your stock item costings and markup percentages, you have the options to automatically or manually input your suggested retail pricing. The system has built in VAT rate options for the use of non-VAT items, VAT-inclusive items and exempted VAT rates. A simple easy-to-use promotional pricing system is available for the running of promotions.
easy-WARE Point-Of-Sale has a stock low level and re-order level monitoring system. This allows for the monitoring of low level goods and a re-order level quantity input is used for the ordering of goods from your suppliers. Purchase orders can then be generated directly from the relevant suppliers with re-order level for the current stock item.
In addition, the easy-WARE stock file allows for product pictures; a picture can be assigned to each product item for reference to those items. The easy-WARE stock system allows for the printing of bar code pictures, used for items that don`t have bar codes. This is printed to a standard A4 inkjet or laser printer and then put onto the item or shelf labels.
easy-WARE Point-Of-Sale has a built in catalogue system, this is used to create product catalogues for detailed product marketing or promotional purposes.
The stock take module allows for stock adjustments with variance reports. It includes manual stock take sheets, manual stock take capturing, with variance report. Then stock adjustments with updated variance report and final stock variance and value report.
Additional stock reports allows for best to worst sellers with value reports, stock listings by suppliers, stock value by department reports, stock markup reports, stock movement and value by department reports, stock checklists for department and sub department on-hands. Periodic stock movement reports.
* Operator and user security system
easy-WARE Point-Of-Sale has a built-in security system. Each user of the system will be given a user name and password as access points for the use of the easy-WARE back office, supervisors and cashiers` menus, giving them secure logins for the use of their relevant menu options.
* Financial management reports
The operator sales reports cover hourly/periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) reports for sales/refunds and consolidated summary reports.
Total sales figures covers periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) reports for sales/refunds and consolidated summary reports.
The gross profit reports will allow you to post journals received and paid with periodic reports, and the ability to get total costings per departments, total sales per department, total refunds done per department and total returns back to your suppliers per departments. These reports have the options to export to Excel. With additional income statements, balance sheets, trial balance, periodic reports and VAT reports.
For petty cash control either free standing or till integrated, petty cash with reports would enable you to keep track of cash coming in or going out of your business.
