Fox IT Service Management South Africa today announced that it has added yet another internationally accredited certification to its already comprehensive IT Governance and Service Management portfolio, with the addition of the long overdue ITIL Practitioner Course and Examination.
"The Fox ITSM ITIL Practitioner Course enables organisations and individuals to increase the value they obtain from using ITIL by offering practical implementation guidance allowing them to successfully adopt and adapt the ITIL framework to support and enable their customers. It is the natural next step after ITIL Foundation for professionals who have already learned the basics of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the business value of well-designed and delivered services" states Ian Clark, MD of Fox ITSM.
Clark adds "This course specifically addresses the need from ITSM practitioners and organisations of all sizes who are looking for hands-on practical implementation advice with supporting templates and tools to use within their own organisations".
The two-and-a-half day course is delivered in accordance with an internationally accredited syllabus and certification process and combines tutorials, practical exercises and is reinforced through the trainers proven implementation track record. An internationally recognised examination is used to test the skills of the delegates and successful candidates will be certified as ITIL practitioners.
