Primary Care implements CheckPoint HR
Primary Care Nursing Services, an Ohio-based Medicare certified home health agency, is optimising the management of its human capital and HR processes with CheckPoint HR's Web-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) technology platform, states PRWeb.
With 175 employees providing in-home nursing to patients throughout Ohio, Primary Care Nursing Services sought a centralised Web-based HRMS system that would eliminate the complexities associated with managing employee data, payroll, and benefits administration.
Prior to selecting CheckPoint HR, Primary Care utilised a third party payroll provider. As the company continued to grow, it required a payroll/HRMS platform that was more cost-effective and one that could scale accordingly.
GlobalPay System streamlines HR
GlobalPay has released a fully integrated, international payroll solution, the GlobalPay System, reports PRWeb.
Architected as a cohesive blend of technology and services, the solution is designed to bring synergy to the global payroll practices of today's multinational corporations. At the core is GlobalPay, software-as-a-service that centralises administration of multiple countries, currencies, languages and processes from within a single platform.
According to the company, reporting and auditing offer HR increased visibility to key data and analytics from a global perspective. Finally, rapid deployment methodologies facilitate implementation in a fraction of the time and cost versus traditional enterprise software installations or complex multi-vendor partner networks.
Online calculator reveals HR savings
Ascentis, a provider of easy-to-use HR software and online payroll services, has unveiled its Cost Savings Calculator, available without registration on the corporate Web site, reports Talent Management.
The calculator displays, using standard industry metrics, the savings a company could realise over the course of one year from automating HR and payroll processes with Ascentis HRIS and online payroll services.
Most companies will find savings that reflect more than the cost of the software and services during their first year of workforce automation.
