Printegration, a company focused on providing specialised computer printing services to the corporate market, has been appointed a national Tally authorised service provider (ASP) by Tally UK, in partnership with TallyCom, the official Tally vendor in SA.
Founded in Cape Town in 1997, Printegration takes a holistic view of client`s printer installations and develops a printing strategy designed to deliver the best quality and quantity printing that each organisation requires at the lowest possible cost.
"As part of our strategy, we examine our clients` entire printing infrastructure, from peripherals and consumables, to the brands and models of printers used. We then match these against business requirements," says Ralph Breukel, MD of Printegration. "This management service includes all support needs, down to board-level repairs if necessary.
"Printers can pose a problem at a company," Breukel continues. "At Printegration we target the management and cost-effective use of printers throughout organisations. Through our efforts we have seen many customers cut their printing bills by ensuring that their systems are maintained and the correct printers are used for the appropriate jobs."
TallyCom GM, David Terry, says: "Printegration has had a long relationship with the Tally brand and was appointed as an ASP for the Western Cape region when TallyCom opened shop in the country. "In a few years, the level of service Printegration delivers has seen its customers demand that they expand beyond the Cape and it now has offices in Johannesburg and Durban as well."
"Our work experience on the Tally brand has taught us that it is a premier printer brand we can offer clients with confidence," Breukel points out. He adds that technicians from Printegration have been trained by engineers from Tally UK to ensure no problem is too big or too complex for Printegration to solve.
Terry says the company will now be able to offer full warranty and out-of-warranty service and fulfil maintenance contracts to Tally users throughout the country, as well as supply spares.
