Process automation in your business

Process automation, even for a small business, is a no-brainer. In this age of technology, it seems crazy that one is expected to think of, and document, the entire "journey" of an e-mail that you are about to send!

Take a simple example of a supplier sending you an invoice for payment. This invoice may be sent from the supplier to the project manager, then to accounts and then to the financial manager/director to do the actual the EFT.

Each one of these steps requires someone to type out an e-mail:

"Dear Chris
I hope that you had a good weekend?
Please find invoice from CBD Printers attached.
Please review this invoice and then send to Jake to capture."

This not only wastes time, but things come to a grinding halt if one person in the chain does not respond timeously and it is difficult to track where the bottleneck has occurred.

The Autopilot workflow solution ensures the necessary process for a particular task is adhered to; these processes range from the supplier payment example above, to leave applications or support desk tasks.
