Project management course draws near

AstroTech is offering a project management course aimed at those wanting to help their company towards a more project oriented approach, but don't have project management experience.

The course, dubbed 'Project Management for Non-Project Managers', is taking place from 30 July to 1 August, 3 to 5 September and 5 to 7 November in Johannesburg, and 6 to 8 August in Cape Town and Durban.

Topics to be covered include: what project management is, why it's important, fundamental project management skills, risk identification and mitigation, using project tools for maximum efficiency and features hands-on practical exercises.
