ProjectWizards adds to Merlin

Merlin, the project-management program from German project management software developer ProjectWizards, adds a new Web module in its latest update that's aimed at making it easier to collaborate across platforms, states Macworld.

Merlin 2.6 allows users to publish project files over the Web as either a live HTML document that others can collaborate on or as a static HTML page to share with other users.

ProjectWizards says the Web module feature extends Merlin's reach to users who aren't running Mac OS X but who would like to access projects via a Web browser.

Vertabase acquires Accomplice

Vertabase, a developer of project management software, has acquired California-based Accomplice and its task management software, says PRWeb.

Accomplice provides a way for users to to-dos, goals and notes, and then synchronise this information with their teams.

"We are very pleased to announce this acquisition. We welcome Accomplice's 30 000 registered users to the Vertabase community and look forward to further enriching their user experience," said Mark Phillips, CEO, Vertabase.

Levert Marketing release PM system

Levert Marketing, a Canadian Internet marketing company offering social media marketing, PPC management and SEO services, has released a new project management system that will offer greater support to its clients, reports PR.com.

"The idea was to make it easy for our clients to keep track of what was being done for them and we believe this new system is a perfect solution," explains Frank Levert, CEO and founder of Levert Marketing.

Core features of the project management system will include a support ticket system, a project module, a calendar of activities and a contact list.
