A Bloemfontein based Fujitsu Siemens authorised service partner, Pronto Solutions, has expanded its business into Pretoria.
With branches in Pretoria, Bloemfontein and Kimberley, and with representation in all major centres in SA, "we are able to provide effective operational national solutions," says Pronto Solutions MD, Cobus Olwage. "We will be expanding into Cape Town next year," he continues.
The company hopes to be a preferred IT solutions and service provider of business IT solutions and services to small to medium enterprises, large corporations, parastatals and government, by providing tailored and modular solutions.
"We currently service small businesses of between 10 to 150 computers and we are able to give the customer what they need at the required time," says Olwage.
Pronto Solutions focuses on customer management, operations control, hardware, software, project and network services, office equipment, consumables, maintenance and repairs.
"The market for IT in the Northern Cape and Free State is growing enormously. Business is positioned strategically in the Northern Cape with government departments and mines situated all around the area.
The company provides training to keep its staff abreast of the technology developments, says Olwage.
The company retails major brands, such as Acer, Brother, Epson, Dell, Fujitsu Siemens, HP, IBM, Panasonic, Toshiba and Xerox.
