PSG Investment Services (PSGIS) has withdrawn from the race to acquire online stockbroking specialist Tradek, leaving the way clear for Appleton to acquire the group.
In an announcement, PSGIS says the transaction whereby it would stage a reverse takeover of Tradek, has lapsed by mutual consent.
"PSG Group has no further liabilities in terms of the Tradek transaction and will continue to investigate other opportunities in the stock broking environment," it says.
