QlikView retail, wholesale customers go mobile to fuel growth

QlikView on Mobile delivering rapid time to value and ease of use to retailers globally.

QlikTech, (NASDAQ: QLIK) a leader in Business Discovery - user-driven business intelligence (BI), has announced that an increasing number of retail and wholesale companies globally are turning to QlikView Business Discovery to ensure continued growth in a highly fragile customer-driven market.

Illes Seasonings and Flavors has deployed QlikView on iPad to improve customer interactions by giving field sales representatives access and insight into critical customer data, anytime and anywhere. Using QlikView on iPad, Illes, a Texas-based manufacturer of spice blends, flavours, and sauces for restaurants and food companies, can give its customers complete and instant visibility into their product data and transactions, all with the mobility and ease-of-use of the iPad.

Real food company EAT, one of the most successful high-street food retailers across London, is also deploying the QlikView Business Discovery platform to help its management make fast, informed decisions about store and staff performance and consumer purchasing behaviours in real-time. QlikView's in-memory data storage allows for remote access to information via any browser or device, and EAT will be equipping its field workers with Windows Tablets so they can use QlikView to get the latest business information at their fingertips anywhere at any time.
